Daily we are hearing, many people are getting job loose due to financial problem…But I have not feel really.
From last week, in my current organization they stopped paper towels without any intimation. After this only I came to know how much they are giving importance to cost cutting… Its far better… In my previous organization they stopped paper towels, snacks and local calls…
We can manage these things instead of cutting the jobs…

It is initial stage only. Now US is falling on financial crisis by very hard. But we(India IT firms) can alive because of the old projects which is committed earlier of this crisis. Now-a-days we are not getting new assignments. I think if the Scenario continues, then it will happen what you misjudged i.e., "LAY-OFF".
